ATIX Transfer Assistance
We believe that our archive storage solution is the most comprehensive and service driven available today. From time to time we are approached by companies that wish to switch to ATIX but face charges to extract boxes from their existing storage provider. Changing service providers in such a situation usually incurs what is known as a 'permanent withdrawal charge' which is calculated on a per box basis. ATIX does not believe that this should be a reason to stay with an existing storer if a business wishes to change and this is where the 'Transfer Assistance Scheme' (TAS) can be used.
The Solution
Quite simply, ATIX will pay your permanent withdrawal charge in the form of free storage. When coupled with the fact that we do not charge for collections the result is a completely cost free change of service provider.
