Our core system has been developed in house and is the culmination of over a decade of experience in archive storage. Other examples of our extensive use of technology include:

- All storage operations are performed using sophisticated handheld computers with integrated laser barcode scanners
- Wireless network equipped facilities means that system updates are performed the instant an item is scanned to a location
- Our customers can send their orders via any method they prefer including the web and 'Super G3' fax
- Pocket PC's are deployed in the field for the electronic capture of customer signatures as well as GPS navigation for our delivery teams
IT security is taken as seriously as physical security at ATIX which is why we enforce a rigorous policy of auditing and updating. We host all of our systems behind dedicated enterprise firewall appliances.
