ARM-Link has been created by our own development team in an effort to provide the most productive web based document image viewer possible. Years of records management experience have gone into creating a system that will give you the information and control you need over your scanned images. Every effort has been made to ensure that the user interface is clean and simple, making it incredibly easy to view your documents in a variety of formats.
What Makes ARM-Link Unique?
- It does not use Java applets or any other 'firewall unfriendly' software. In fact, there is no need to download and install any code whatsoever.
- Ability to download the image in an exhaustive list of file formats to suit every possible requirement from a TIFF for an enterprise document management system down to a JPEG.
- Documents can be sent as an email attachment directly within ARM-Link with no reliance on packages installed on your PC. For maximum flexibility and the smallest possible email size, you can even send the OCR text as the content of an email to whoever you choose, thus avoiding any attachments whatsoever!
- If fax is the preferred method of relaying the document you are viewing then simply enter the number of the recipient and our dedicated Super G3 fax servers will do the rest at the fastest available transmission speeds.
- ARM-Link's unique view switcher allows you to view the original scanned image of a document and then switch to the OCR version at the click of a button. With the OCR version displayed cut and paste operations are now possible allowing the re-use of content by pasting straight into any other application.
- If for whatever reason you decide that you require the original document to be returned to your office then simply click the order link, and choose a delivery time from 2 hour to next day.
